It was very easy to assemble. At first the flame burned a very blue color which didn't look natural but as the fireplace heated up the flame turned a more natural orange color. It's very easy to move around because of the wheels. We've already gotten a lot of use out of it. It's fun to be able to have a fire whenever you want with no work or cleanup from a wood buring fire.
Backyard enjoyment Oct 16, 2007
We live in a cool, temperate climate and have not been able to hang out in the backyard because of the temperature (and ocean breeze). The fireplace was easy to assemble. It is a nice looking model and, with the Weber name, we expect great quality. We have not been disappointed. We have already spent several evenings gathered around the fireplace.

I looked for 2 months and found this to be a great product. I live in an area that has no burn days so wood is not an option. I think wood gives more heat overall but the advantages of not dealing with the mess wins out in my book. I also have other Weber products and found that they make quality products.
